Features

What does real control over a trading platform look like?

Studio Studio's feature set is built around one principle: every meaningful decision stays with you, and the terminal executes with precision.

Slate-professional multi-monitor trading workstation with dashboards

A terminal designed for deliberate traders

Studio Studio does not guess what you want. It reads the exact rules you define, executes them without drift, and shows you a complete audit trail of every action taken. The slate-professional interface is dense with information but never cluttered — every panel is resizable, every column sortable, and every threshold you set is displayed inline next to live figures. This is the environment serious traders described wanting but rarely found: transparent, fast, and entirely configurable.

Feature-by-feature breakdown

Explore what each module delivers — and what you retain control over at every step.

Live Data Feeds

Tick-level streaming across equities, ETFs, FX pairs, and crypto instruments. Custom watchlists with conditional colour coding on the slate-professional grid. Data is never cached beyond your session for privacy compliance.

Visual Rule Builder

Drag-and-drop logic blocks for entry and exit conditions, with AND/OR nesting up to five levels deep. You can preview a rule's historical trigger frequency before activation, so there are no surprises at go-live.

Python Strategy Bridge

Prefer code over clicks? Paste or upload a Python script and Studio Studio sandboxes it, connects it to your live feed, and enforces your account-level risk guards around it. The bridge supports pandas, NumPy, and TA-Lib natively.

Multi-Layer Risk Guards

Position-size limits, per-strategy daily loss ceilings, account-wide drawdown halts, and correlation throttles work as independent checks. Any one guard can stop execution without touching the others, giving you surgical control over risk exposure.

Unified Portfolio View

See all active strategies, open positions, unrealised P&L, and margin utilisation on a single screen. Pivot between intraday and multi-week views. The heatmap overlay highlights concentration risk across sectors and instruments.

Backtest Suite

Historical data from 2014 onward, adjusted for splits and dividends. Backtest results include slippage modelling at three levels of market-impact assumption, so you know how sensitive your edge is to execution quality.

Common questions about the terminal

Straight answers to what traders ask before committing to a new platform.

Which brokers does Studio Studio support?

At launch: Interactive Brokers, Alpaca Markets, DEGIRO, Trade Republic, Saxo Bank, and Flatex. We are adding Revolut Securities and a further two EU-regulated brokers in H2 2025. Each connection uses OAuth 2.0 — your credentials never pass through our servers.

Can I run more than one strategy at the same time?

Yes. The Start plan supports up to three concurrent active strategies; the Pro plan supports ten; the Enterprise plan is uncapped. Each strategy has its own independent risk envelope — a drawdown in one does not affect the capital allocation of another.

What happens if my internet connection drops mid-session?

Your active strategies continue executing on our EU-hosted infrastructure until you reconnect. You can configure a “disconnect action” per strategy: continue, pause, or close all open positions. You receive an email and push notification within thirty seconds of any connection loss.

Does Studio Studio manage my money or make investment decisions?

No. Studio Studio is an execution and monitoring tool. It carries out the rules you define and enforces the risk limits you set. All investment decisions — what to buy, when, and at what size — remain entirely yours. We do not provide investment advice.

Is the backtesting data survivorship-bias-free?

Our equities dataset includes delisted securities back to 2014, which means strategy results reflect the full opportunity set, not just companies that survived. FX and crypto data begin from 2016. We document methodology and data sources in the platform's documentation portal.
