What the platform price includes — and what it does not
Every Studio Studio subscription covers platform access, EU-hosted infrastructure, real-time data feeds for supported instruments, the full risk-controls layer, and ongoing software updates. It does not cover brokerage commissions, exchange fees, or data premiums your broker may separately charge for certain instrument classes. Market data for US options and certain futures contracts requires an additional broker-side data subscription, which varies by provider. We list the typical costs on our documentation portal so you can budget accurately before committing. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts — all plans are month-to-month and cancel with 30 days' notice.

Pricing questions we hear most often
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All new accounts get a 14-day full-access trial on the Pro plan, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or the account becomes read-only until you subscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise at a 15% discount versus monthly. Start is month-to-month only. Annual invoices are issued in EUR and include a VAT line for EU business customers.
